Why should we book with Planet Red Events?
Planet Red Events has been arranging Hen, Stag and Corporate packages for over 7 years. We understand that these are special occasions and will go out of our way to ensure everyone in your group enjoys themselves.
We will only book on your behalf tried and tested venues that have been personally vetted by our own staff.
What if we are unsure of numbers when we book?
Planet Red Events recommend that you book a realistic number because it is easier for us to reduce the hotel rooms/beds closer to the date rather than increase numbers as we find that hotels do get booked up fairly quickly and we do not want you to be disappointed.
What deposit is required and when?
Planet Red Events requires a deposit of £30.00 per person within 7 days of making a booking, so that we can confirm your booking with the hotel and activities.
The deposit is non refundable.
When do we pay the final balance?
Your remaining balance will be due 28 days prior to the event start date.
What hotels will we be staying at?
Planet Red Events will only use quality hotels which are 2 or 3 star rated unless otherwise requested. Once you make your group booking with Planet Red Events a booking form will be sent out which will state which hotel your group will be staying at. Your rooms will be en-suite with tea and coffee facilities and have a guest bar.
How do we get from our hotel to the activities?
The majority of activities are within each city and Planet Red Events will send you a detailed map showing your hotel and activities along with your itinerary. You may need to organise your own transport to certain activities, but we will recommend good taxi companies to use.
How do we go ahead and make a booking?
Once you have confirmed the package your group require, please contact Planet Red Events on 0115 9 2000 51 or (planetredevents@btconnect.com) and we will send you a detailed booking form. We will then require a non refundable deposit of £30.00 per person within 7 days and your remaining balance 28 days prior to the event start date.
Do I receive tickets for my activities?
Planet Red Events will send you a detailed itinerary, a location map and any tickets you may require once your final balance has been paid.
Do I need insurance?
Planet Red Events strongly advises that you take out insurance to cover for accident and loss or damage to personal belongings.
Do you take last minute bookings?
Planet Red Events understand that groups may decide at the last minute that they want to have a weekend away for a Stag or Hen party or even a last minute corporate package, we will endeavour to organise your group's requirements, subject to availability and would require the full balance to be paid on booking.
Do I need to wear special clothing for any activities?
Once we have confirmed which activities your group requires, we will inform you of the suitable clothing your group will need to wear for the event. You will not need to purchase specialist gear but will need to wear sensible clothing and footwear were applicable. If you are wanting to play golf then you must bring your own golf clubs.
Is there minimum number required for booking?
Although there is no minimum number required for a Hen, Stag or Corporate event, certain activities and venues do require minimum numbers and this will be discussed with you on your initial enquiry. Hotel accommodation is based on a twin room with two people sharing; a single room supplement payment will be required for accommodation.
Will I Be Met By A Company Representative On Arrival?
No, you will be issued with a detailed itinerary and map prior to your arrival which will give you all the information you require for your break.
