Booking

After your telephone or email enquiry your selected package can be secured by completing and returning a signed booking form to Planet Red Events Ltd and by paying a non refundable deposit of £30.00 per person. The full balance will become due 28 days prior to the start date of your selected package. The booking form signatory will be fully responsible for all payments and to ensure that all members of the group are aware of these terms and conditions as laid down by Planet Red Events Ltd. If the reservation is made within 28 days of the event start date full payment is required on booking.

Cancellation

Cancellation of a booking will only be accepted in writing and must be made by the signatory on the booking form. The following cancellation charges will apply. Number of day's notification prior to event start date Cancellation Charge + 28 days Loss of deposit 28 - 21 days 75% of total cost 20 - 0 days 100% of total cost

Special Requirements

All instructions concerning special diets, disabled access etc must be in writing at the time of booking. Instructions will only be accepted up to 28 days prior to the event start date. No alterations are accepted after that date. In interests of health and safety Planet Red Events Ltd strongly recommends that a suitable insurance package is taken out by all group members prior to the commencement of the event start date.

Payment Terms

A non refundable deposit of £30.00 per person is required to be paid within seven days of enquiry to confirm a provisional booking. Final confirmation of numbers and the remaining payment balance will be due 28 days prior to the package start date. Once Planet Red Events Ltd has received confirmation and final payment, a detailed itinerary together with any relevant tickets/passes will be forwarded to the group leader. Acceptable methods of payment are cheque, postal order and most credit and debit cards. Cheques and postal orders shall be made out to Planet Red Events Ltd.

Alterations

Any amendments or alterations to the booking must be made directly to Planet Red Events Ltd. Planet Red Events Ltd reserves the right to alter any activities / accommodation due to changes in circumstances beyond their control. We undertake to inform the client as soon as possible. Any change in charges or expenditure either up or down will be for the clients account. All activities are offered subject to availability and particular dates can not be guaranteed.

What Is Included

Only the items detailed on your booking form and final itinerary are included in the package.

What Is Not Included

Unless otherwise specified transport to and from the activity is not included in any of the package prices. Extra items such as telephones, bar accounts, insurance etc are not included in any of the package prices and are payable by the user direct to the supplier of these items.

Complaints

If you have a complaint with your accommodation or activity you must initially bring it to the attention of the relevant supplier, backed up in writing. If the situation is not resolved within 28 days thereof you can write to Planet Red Events Ltd where we will attempt to resolve the problem on your behalf.

Our Liability To You

Neither Planet Red Events Ltd nor any of its agents or employees shall be liable for any injury, damage, loss, illness, accident or delay to persons or their possessions how so ever caused whether sustained during the event or whilst travelling to and from an event. All groups undertake activities and utilise accommodation booked on their behalf at their own risk.

Published Information

The information contained in any or all of our literature is accurate at time of publication, Planet Red Events Ltd reserves the right to amend any descriptions / prices as they become necessary.

Your Responsibility

We request that your party respect all venues and accommodation visited and act in a sensible and orderly manner. Planet Red Events Ltd does not accept any responsibility due to misbehavior of your group.

Privacy Statement

Any information either written or emailed will only be used for our records and will never be passed on to a third party.

It is the responsibility of the group leader to acquaint each member of their party with the above conditions as laid down by Planet Red Events.Ltd.
